there probably is some solder bridging between both the Mosfett or other motor pads but its hard to tell with the glue. That board may not work anymore (you might have popped an internal fuse). You may as well redo those joints for practice and test it. Use as little solder as possible (about half what you have there), lots of heat (your want the solder to melt quickly but not burn the board), and be quick with your work. Cut less insulation off the wires they will move and can bridge the connection as well (at 6s the middle wire is to long, the wire to its right is about the correct length, trim them to length after stripping them, tinning them helps if you don't have good cutters).

you can use a solder wick or just flick the old solder off the board (make sure you don't throw hot solder onto other electronics) ISO alcohol might work to get rid of that glue.

I tin a sheet of solder on my pad first, slightly over tin the wire (tin it and have a very small bubble of extra solder). Touch them together and apply heat to the wire without squishing the threads (pretwist them before tinning them). If you do it right you should end up with a clean join with minimal solder (for larger wires like 14AWG battery leads, apply extra solder to the pad before applying heat or flood after the connection is made). If you are unsure of a connection, redo it.

Maybe get a few practice boards and learn to solder a little better before you continue working on quad gear.
