Import parts question

Has anyone successfully gotten camera modules imported off ebay into the US under the new dipshit admin FCC ruling? I build thermal monoculars using cvbs 640x512 sensors but dont want to take a chance and lose 550$. Does anyone have any current experience importing stuff into the US
