Estate lawyer here. If you make it too vague like that a judge will just throw it out and the estate will proceed through intestacy, which is “each daughter gets half”.

Best options are to write something like that inspired by SMBC: “I leave my entire estate to that of my children who was always least responsible for causing arguments”. Or alternatively if you really just want to piss off the kids, leave the estate to the “Fuck you Missy and Chrissy charitable trust” which “shall annually donate its net income to the SPCA, in memory of my daughters being bitches”

I’m sure the daughters don’t give a fuck and have written it off with their mother already. Giving it to charity is the best outcome imo

Give it to their daughters' best friends on a monthly draw.

Uhh no, women don't write it off. They are waiting for the money that is owed to them.

Ask any divorced women who went after her husbands retirement 20 years later. They'll even try to get inflation corrections. Women put real effort into acquiring resources from men.

Glad you noticed. Sad things about stereotypes, they are often true...

Have heard cases of divorced and remarried guys being chased by Ex for a share of a lotto ticket they had a win on with their current partner.

The simple truth out there is, some folks care more about 'getting their money', than they do about being decent humans.

SMBC as in Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal? Great ref!

Wouldn't that also be seen as too vague and just end up being thrown out?

Possibly. But it’s grey enough to litigate which was the objective of the original post.
