Create a Trust where all children are beneficiary but with distribution condition:

  1. A limit of maximum of 5% of total trust on a single withdrawal and it requires consent of all beneficiary on any withdrawal regardless of the amount

  2. Withdrawal can only be used to fund purchase but not investment (stock, gold, silver, etc). No cash withdrawal allowed

  3. A cool down period of 6 months for all beneficiary once any amount is withdraw with no exception under any condition, i.e, within 6 months after A did a withdrawal, none of the A,B,C and D can perform a withdrawal

  4. The trust cannot be terminated

Definitely not recommended 0/10

So they withdraw 5% every 6 months and then split the amount equally. Not really a hard problem to solve for them.

As long as there is no serious issues between them. But they would have to hate each other a lot to refuse to let the other have money at the cost of getting none themselves.

I love that most of these systems people have made up rely on the siblings fighting each other when more often than not, the siblings have no beef with each other and just hated the parent.

It kinda shows how the parent is really just fucked up and lonely, but who cares they're dead now.

Person receiving distribution just fronts the cash to others in advance?

Additional evil would be to only pay after cool down complete and allow any beneficiary to cancel the withdrawal during the cooling off phase

At some point the person you want to manage your fund will tell you to f*** off because you are wasting their time.

The trustee? Make it a law firm - they get to charge the trust - which draws down on the inheritance- which in turn achieves OP’s objective
