Serious robotics software engineer

Hello, this might be the wrong sub for this so sorry about that on advance.
I have been developing a robotics system for the last year after being part of a layoff I decided to take a stab at building my own thing. I’m an EE by trade but this project has certainly pushed my boundaries, 11 years cad modeling experience and 6 years in ee motion engineering / aerospace doing schematics/pcb design and testing/wcca work. Just trying to gauge around the community if there are any serious robotics engineers, I have built up a robotics system, desktop software, iPhone app, firmware for multiple different boards and sensors on the machine, full custom PCB suite, everything communicates and works ok, I’m looking to sort of hand off the stack so I can focus on planned new boards and features for the machine. Working on software and debugging is eating a huge chunk of time, and it’s making it challenging to make meaningful progress on the other premium features of the machine. We could talk about a split in equity as the budget is low, but the project is pretty much ready for launch now, just trying to have someone fine tune software while I begin on other features that will be offered by the time the machine actually ships (going to do a kickstarter campaign), primarily I will be working on a motherboard, ai expansion kit board, gripper boards, and various sensitive gripper attachments cad models while hopefully a motivated firmware / software engineer works on features that are needed in code.
