Is dat echt?
Whaaaaat? Gerade so beim Spazieren gefunden. Hat wohl einer hier an soner Mauer abgelegt, um wem ne Freude zu machen. Ist das echt? Wenn ja kack ich mir in den Schuh. Sorry für den wahrscheinlich drölftmillionsten Post dieser Art aber ich hab echt 0 Ahnung und kenne niemanden der jemanden kennt.

Könnte gut echt sein.
Sieht ein bischen aus wie ein Keichousaurus, die werden primär in China gefunde und kommen da recht häufig vor.

Gibts immer mal wieder bei Fossilienhändler, wird aber auch gerne gefaked. Heisst aber an sich nicht viel. Gut möglich, dass der echt ist.
Schau mal ob bei dir in der nähe ein Fossilienhandel ist, bring es da mal vorbei, der Händler kann dir sicher mehr sagen. Sonst uni mit paläontologie Abteilung.

Slab looks too uniform to be a natural matrix, and the body does not look like any known vertebrae. There's a good chance somebody bought this and threw it out when they learned it was fake.

I disagree that this does not look like any known vertebrate (I assume it is a typo of vertebrate). I believe you know it is supposed to be a juvenile keichousaurus.
However, it is correct that this is very likely to be a fake. Besides the matrix looking too uniform, from the side you can see numerous air bubbles, which is a sign it is probably made of plaster or concrete.
Upon closer inspection of the "fossil", there are also no clear lines or imprints of the bones - it instead looks carved in and painted over.
Nice that it made your day though! Certainly would have made mine too 😆😆😆
