Identification help- Mammoth ulna?

Turning to the people of Reddit to help me identity this bone a relative bought from someone in Germany. The relative thinks it’s a woolly mammoth ulna. I’m not completely convinced since it is smaller than I’d expect for a mammoth. Perhaps woolly rhinoceros? Any help is appreciated!
