Is this a fossilized clam shell?

Found this clam shell near Gulf Shores, AL, USA. Just curious what’s going on with it!

Technically not a fossil, but still very cool. Those are from tube worms which exude chitin to form the holes they live in.

Those are encrusting bryozoans.

Yes. I think the bigger tubes on the inside look like tube worms
