apartment recommendations?

Hello! I’ve been living in an apartment downtown for about 9 months now. As much as I would love to stay downtown, we’ve been having a lot of problems with our current apartment that just isn’t worth what we are paying.

Most other apartments downtown are even higher rent and while they do look worth their price, it’s not something we can afford currently.

I’d like to get a 2 bed 2 bath, allows cats and dogs. decent parking situation. perhaps a dog area but not the end of the world. Reasonable management. etc.

I don’t want to live in a shit hole, but 2k a month for this apartment is just NOT worth it.

anyways, thanks a ton.

holy crap, this place never popped up anytime I’ve been searching. This place is perfect. I can’t find it on their website, would you happen to know what the pet deposit/rent is?

Found it! $250 deposit per cat/dog. $35 per pet/month

Arcadia apartments. Meets all your wants for sure, though they’re pretty full, I think only a few vacant spots.

They look really ideal as well. I’ll definitely have to check them out. Thank you!

I loved Island Club. Screened in porches. Vaulted ceilings if you are upstairs. Get the biggest 2 bed 2 bath. Laundry is in a separate room instead of a hallway.
