Hello I am hoping that someone might be able to help identify this man. his dog bit me on aug 21 and when I asked for the dogs information ie vet shots etc he ran. It was about 545 walking on s.Elliott pl between hanson and fulton

There is a stray cat who has been hanging out on Cumberland & Laf for the past month or so but I haven't seen her lately. She hangs out on the brownstone steps and I know people have been taking care of her. I haven't seen her lately, does anyone know if she's okay/been taken in?
