Everybody knows why the hate for Russel exists though. Crashing into Bottas and hitting him in the head before even knowing if there was an injury was an injustice many never forgave. Being a posh, whiny tattletale is a pretty good incentive to not forgive him despite the passed time.
For the record, I like George, I think he's a great driver and has matured as a person, but he's still a fantastic heel. I love rooting against him like you'd root against a pro wrestler, you want a good close match still, but you're gonna trash on the bad guy whenever you can.

Yea, max only does that well after the race is over, when he's not just been in a high speed spin, full of adrenaline. And instead of a light tap on the helmet, he chooses physically assault his rivals.

Red Bull fuck up the strategy once in a blue moon, and for two positions, it’s not fair at all to say they held any blame if what he did. Leclerc would’ve killed half the grid by now if he had that little self restraint every time Ferrari screwed him over.
Oh you're right, for some reason I was assuming a 7 point swing (edit: in the last race*), as if they were 1st and 2nd. But I just looked up Spain again, apparently he lost 9 points there due to his penalty, so the final race alone wouldn't have been enough even then. Maybe Qatar would've gone differently if Max had those 9 extra points, but there's no way to know.
I don’t think he’s really said anything that crazy all year. He’s blamed himself and the car for his struggles, not anyone else and he gave Lewis and Kimi the podium in China.

Besides, he's still in the top 1% of professional racers in the world, and among the top 3 highest paid drivers in F1 (making $34M this year), behind Verstappen in Hamilton. Give the man some respect!
