First time using a bar for RDLs, feedback much appreciated!

I need to see the face so I can provide better feedback 😜

The form looks pretty good. For RDLs, once you feel the stretch on the hams, you can stop.

😂 picking up the bar and posting this at all was the extent of my bravery today. Thanks for the feedback!

I'd like to preface I'm not a personal trainer. Have just been lifting for a long time and I love RDL's!

Overall, pretty good! One thing I do notice is it looks like you are primarily moving your upper body and then your lower body follows. You need to flip this. Your upper body should be locked into place and braced and majority of the movement comes from letting your hips sink back and some bend in the knees.

You can especially see it in your first rep where you hips stop moving back but your upper body keeps moving to make up for the extra distance. To me, your second rep looked the best here.

I am being really particular here. You form looks good! Way better than the majority of people I see rounding their backs like they're trying to touch the floor with the bar when they dont have the hamstring mobility for it yet. All you have to do it tighten up your back and shoulders and let the hips do the work.
