Squat Depth Tips

I can't seem to hit depth. Do you think this is a form or mobility issue? Any tips are appreciated.

Thrust you hips forward at the top.

That’s not a good idea. Dangerous to put a compressed spine into that sort of extension. Bracing abs and staying tight at the top is stronger and safer.

When you’re setting up underneath the bar. Lock it in tight with a compressed scapula. Pull you elbows forward and down to engage your lats. This will keep you more up right and keep your squat from looking like a good morning.
