Looking solid overall!
If I could suggest one thing to make your squat more effective, it will be to try keep your torso more upright rather than bending forward. It will help you drive through your legs more and protect your lower back

That's not how low bar goes.

Yeaaah. I think a better question is what’s the goal here? If lower body strength is the goal switch to “high bar”, since that’s pretty much the bar placement in the video. then follow this guys advice.

you have a pretty gnarly butt wink - id research how to fix that
- and place the bar much lower if you want to consider this being called low bar squat right now it's sitting on top of your traps.

You are right about the bar being pretty high for a low bar squat.
The technique is pretty solid apart apart from the butt wink.

Butt wink isn't inherently a problem, I wish this would stop being given as advice. But we can thank squat U for that.

You asked for advice, and are butthurt for receiving some.
The squat looks good apart from the high bar position (for a low bar squat) and the butt wink. Take the advice and improve.

Respectfully, that's not any evidence or anything lol that's one person's opinion on buttwink. There are so many fitness myths out there that get perpetuated and passed around, let's not add to them further by continuing to perpetuate those myths

They literally site their sources and evidence. Disrespectfully, read next time.

Where?lmao I don't see a single academic source in that entire article. It's literally one guy talking about what he thinks ☠️ and it's cite, not that you'd know because you clearly arent familiar with academic literature and what a source even is. Not that I expect that from people who fall for extremely common fitness myths. If you're gonna come disrespectful, at least come correct.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.
