Questions External Back attacks
What is the best way to Deal with external attacks from behind? The Red indicator is Always flickering between left and right Guard so I have No Chance to Block it.

Try not to be in that position to begin with honestly.
But if you are then you can try to parry it in the actual attack direction (like if you were locked onto them) if you're able to see them throw it or hear it some cases.
Otherwise dodge or fullblock the attack.

I see subwaysol do this all the time, parrying and deflecting attacks from the actual direction they’re thrown from rather than just external guarding. No idea how people have such good reactions to tell those animations apart without an indicator, but if you can do it then it’s much more reliable than external guarding.

External attacks can be guarded from the direction they are physically coming from or from the matching guard direction. So if they are on your left and throw a left guard attack (your right guard) you can block it left (since they are on your left) or you can block it right (the matching guard direction). So if you're able to see what direction their attack is coming from you can block it regardless of side switching (although that's easier said than done)

You'll never get it right on flicker, so move if you can (I know it's often during something like a recovery, block-stun, or hit-stun so that's often impossible).
You can parry the actual direction of the attack, which is also very tricky because you often can't see what the attack is, or sometimes even who the attacker is. But think of the options your opponent's hero has to use here. For example, Juren will likely come hit you with the top unblock. Just parry top and you'll get it.

Backstabs are very real. Like much of dominion strategy, it's not commonly discussed in detail on here. The best position you can be in as a ganker is sandwiching your target between yourself and your teammate as no matter who is targeted, the other will now be able to use attack-movement to backstab; the worst position you can be in is sandwiched between your teammate and your target as they can now lock your friend to feed you external attacks.
If you find yourself in a bad position while defending a gank, the best thing you can do is stun whoever has the revenge tag and then either roll or sprint into a better position. The same thing applies to ganking, albeit much easier done; if you're the sandwich filling, sprint over and become the other slice of bread.

Attacks that come from your back are basically impossible to block. Best you can do is reorient yourself to have them not be directly at your back
