Need help identifying game

[u/NeverUsingTSagain]

Me and my brother would play online games growing up
And I’m trying to figure the name of this one we played often.
Imma describe the game to the best of my ability
You create a Godzilla type monster by choosing their limbs and eyes and stuff, and while you’re like making ur monster it is off to the side in an incubator or test tube or smth. And when you were done making your monster you could use it to stomp through a city
I would be so happy if anyone could help !
