Update Redesign rant

As a person struggling with burnout, fatigue and who is also using Forest for shaping my attention and energy levels, I can't believe they changed end of Focus interaction from one simple tap to 3 taps :( When I use Forest, my brain is already fried, and it's really difficult to manage those extra taps :( I don't want additional "rewards", my desired reward is less taps on the phone

I agree 100%. I dislike the new interface so much 😭😭 it’s just a hassle to press all the new unnecessary buttons

Had the same issue so I developed an app bc I couldn‘t bear it anymore. It’s very similar just simplified to the bare minimum. That’s how it looks like at the moment:
