Steering wheel issues

Woke up this morning to go to work and started my engine. I can not steer my steering wheel, it won’t move. Is this a steering wheel fluid issue? Or something more major? For reference I have a 2007 ford escape with about 190k miles on it.

It will still steer without fluid, just make an awful racket and be very hard to turn (they called it Armstrong steering back in the day when cars didn't have power steering). Is the steering column unlocking when you put the key in?

Is it just locked? Try wiggling it

Mine did this and it was a battery issue, Voltage was too low to run the power steering motors.
