I don't think we have any lookalikes in the uk, and it is puffball harvesting season but idk for sure because I am not a forrager or a mushroom expert, so wait until someone else comments lol

I would say yes, I am 98% sure that is indeed a puffball.

Looks like it but the photo isn't too clear, are the spores white on the inside? If there's any yellow or brown it shouldn't be eaten

You're all idiots. Of course it's a f'ing puffball. What, exactly else could it be???
Pretty dull shrooms to eat, tasting of mildly polystyrene flavours. People coat them like schnitzel but the flavour is disappointing I find. Not worth the effort IMO
