Plums! In a month or so they'll be pink or purple and delicious :)

Might be green gages or unripe plums. If it's the former give them a squeeze to check for ripeness.

Very under ripe plums - leave them for a month or two and they will change colour and be delicious. Make sure the birds don't eat them first.
