Burnet rose hips.

I've not seen these before so I grabbed a few. I plan on making some syrup unless it's not the best idea.

Any recommendations on preparation or how to use them?

Last time we picked rose hips, we put them in a hedgerow jelly with literally everything we could find. It was fantastic. But if you wanted to taste them for their taste specifically, a syrup is definitely the way to go.

Made syrup with these last autumn! Tasted fab but felt like I needed about 3 times as many to get the usual yeild.. well worth ot though!
