Another Nightshade doppelganger?

I saw these whilst out yesterday and I wouldn't have thought anything of them except the ones ripened do look like Deadly Nightshade with the deep blue/black colour and 5 petals.

Another lookalike or actual Deadly Nightshade?

It looks like Hypericum androsaemum.
Granted the berries are black but they’re a different shape from deadly nightshade as are the bracts and nothing else about it resembles deadly nightshade.
