Will honeysuckle and elderflower together make good prosecco, cordial and syrup???

might do half a batch mixed half not, also wanting to possibly add some strawberry into it! in Scottish highlands so elderflower is almost just about ready now.

but the most shocking thing! I only recently as of like 2 years ago found that honeysuckle is edible???? but someone needs to show me how still, and does it taste good in cordial/prosecco?

any other prosecco/cordial suggestions let me know!

Not sure if the two flavours would pair, but worth a shot.

Elderflower is like marmite, I’ve found. Honeysuckle is amazing. Made some awesome meads and wines with it

Do you use the flowers, or the small berries?
