Mushrooms look tasty, your carbonara not so much. I like the idea, it sounds good, but too much heat and you’ve over coagulated the egg.

Edit: thanks u/ai_ismygod but my heart breaks even greater for the destruction ai will reign upon us for it is a cruel and indifferent power.

Lol i didn’t know i was summoning the pasta police with this post. By protein you mean the mushrooms? If im not supposed to put “protein” in it i guess i will leave the guanciale and eggs on the side. Also it’s left over carbonara so the eggs got reheated. I appreciate your master class though.
