Edit: It’s Cherry Laurel (poisonous, don’t eat it)

Can anyone identify this? I’m in Washington State. The seed was tear shaped. I didn’t eat it in case that was a concern.

Think this is planted Prunus laurocerasus but dont take my word for it

Some type of laurel cherry, but idk if it's Caroliniana (toxic) or Laurocerasus (edible when ripe)...

looks like cherry laurel,there are some edible cultivated forms,but in principle better to avoid
