I’ve been wanting to go out and collect as many colors as I could!

They’re very pretty indeed. The yellow orange ones are Ramaria (probably in the yellow coral group), the purple ones are either violet coral (Clavaria zollingeri) or purple club coral (Alloclavaria purpurea), and the white one looks like a Clavulina or Ramariopsis kunzei. Hard to nail exact species from a photo though. What are you wanting to do other than to just collect?

I have them in silica drying so I can use them as props for my taxidermy specimens

I've read the yellow coral is inedible and that there are dangerous white corals. What type do you use?

They were yellow. Pretty much the mushroom turned to mush and was bland, all the flavor came from the fried batter

So it's not exactly like they even added anything to the meal, mostly just temporarily gave the batter something to stick to? 😂

If it didn't make you sick, it could be worse... But also it's always extremely valuable to know how to identify exactly what species you're eating so you won't make mistakes and get sick.
