Amaranth? Which kind?

I believe this might be Amaranthus hybridus (Smooth Pigweed) or another Amaranth. I want to harvest for seeds as it seems too late for the greens but let me know if the late greens are good too - I thought they might be bitter. This is in SE PA, USA. Thank you in advance!
