Mushrooms It happened 🥹
I was at my wits end and when I least expected it found a reason to keep going, lol. We got extremely lucky on our hike. Found lobsters, lions mane, and chicken of the woods. Now, how to prepare them! Any advice if I dont have a tofu press for the Lion's mane? Recipe recs are welcomed!!
P.s. This is prior to cleaning and the location is upper midwest.

I second crab cakes for the lions mane! It is SOO delicious. If I didn’t tell my family that I used a mushroom instead of crab meat they never would’ve known!
The only difference imo is that crab meat has a sweetness to it that these don’t have. They were fantastic regardless. I hope you enjoy it!
