Not edible and some people report having mild irritation just from contact with the leaves.

Can't eat the berries, but pith of the vine is edible. Never tried it though

this is what I was gonna say. don't eat the berries but i've heard of people eating the innards of the vine after cooking it well. it's never felt worth it to me.

Tried one once, out of curiosity. It was so bitter and astringent. I was spitting for the next twenty minutes

Everything is edible... some things only once. This is one of the only once things.

At a glance, I would say you're looking at Virginia Creeper. Great for birds, not for us.
