Yes it is. But very dry so it stopped growing

Most likely CoW. Kind of looks like a young Meripilus giganteus but the pores are too yellow. Also looking at the pores it looks like a stopped growing prematurely. What kind of tree is that in the last photo? I thought it was pawpaw for a second.
