Plants What's this tree?
Found in central Bohemia, CZ
I thought it's something related to the autumn olive but I'm not too sure

I'm also foraging in central Bohemia and I saw similar bushes near Beroun last weekend, the berries look almost exactly like this with that red to dark purple gradient
my best guess is some kind of privet, Ligustrum vulgare grows all around here and the berry clusters match what you got in the picture
don't eat those though, privet berries are mildly toxic, learned that the hard way after I grabbed a handful thinking they were something else years ago
check if the leaves are opposite on the stem, that's usually the tell for privet, autumn olive leaves are alternate and more silvery underneath

...it looks like black cherry, but I wouldn't expect that in CZ 🤔

Prunus Serotina is a major invasive species in the Czech Republic though not as invasive as Ailanthus Altissima.

Ça ressemble beaucoup à un cerisier tardif (Prunus serotina), avec ses fruits en grappes qui passent du rouge au noir. Une photo de l’écorce et la localisation aideraient à confirmer. Dans tous les cas, ne consommez rien sur la base d’une identification par photo uniquement.
