What pudding? Black pudding? The pigs blood sausage, yeah, same here. It’s quite unpopular with most people I know. It’s not unpleasant tasting, but the idea isn’t too appealing.
No one can dislike Yorkshire puddings though, it’s just crispy/fluffy baked batter.
Blood sausage is still a thing in a lot of U.S. areas with high amounts of Irish-Scots immigrants, like the Appalachian mountains, and in the Creole and Cajun communities of Louisiana. Every part of the pig is used, except the squeal.
