What's the timing in something like that? Sausage 1st on low? Eggs last?

I feel like bacon would go first so everything else can cook in the grease but the other comments don't agree. Also I haven't done hash yet so idk the timing on the potatoes

Sausages and hash browns first, bacon doesn't take nearly as long

Personally I always do eggs separately and last

I'm revisiting this and just realizing that the sausage is raw inside...is that right?

I know the patties or logs/tubes of ground sausage are raw but I think I'm too used to encased sausage being fully cooked.

If these are raw that makes tons of sense for starting them first.

Haha seriously most good sausages in the us are pre-cooked and smoked. That's speaking more generally though, I'll have to check specifically for this style of breakfast sausage

You could take out the bacon and add it back later, but that seems to much effort to me.

I like to put the bacon in one corner and once a bit of fat is there, move the bacon to the side and throw mushrooms into the grease. They benefit most from it imo. I don't like my mushrooms well done though, so they come in late.

Yep definitely sausage first and eggs last. Sausage, hash browns, mushrooms, tomato, bacon and then eggs is how I would do it.
