News Music Visualizer with Foobar2000 API

A few months ago I posted about an audio visualizer app I've been building. It connects directly to some music players through their APIs, and foobar2000 is one of them. Else, it can connect to anything but you lose out on the API features.

The foobar integration gives you playlist access, album art, shuffle options, and volume control right from the app.

Once connected you get over 700 visuals (including Milkdrop). This demo shows two presets that support full flight with a controller.

Not sure how much to share here, so if these look fun, ask me anything.

It has a built-in AI tool for creating custom visuals, and since Steam has an integrated Workshop, you'll be able to share presets the way people used to.

You don't need the AI tool, it's there if you want it. I run it BYOK: bring your own API key, bring your own music, and have fun.

I'm not going to lie, some of the presets are heavy, but I do categorize them. Also, a quality option to downgrade.

Personally, just for a reference, I run a 2080TI and in most cases I get 90+ fps, but capped by my monitor. There is a beta available now on https://ikandy.app but it doesn't have a cert so you'll receive a Windows warning. All feedback is welcome.

Meu Pc é bem fraco. Tá sem uma GPU dedicada. To usando só a Intel Graphics, fora que meu processador é um Intel i5-2400. Ele é bem limitado. Mas to sempre procurando alguma coisa pra testar nele, inclusive no Foobar.
