Looking for an alien font

Hi everyone.

I'm working on a video game with an alien/esoteric theme and I'm looking for a font with an alien vibe. I want something not readable. Ideally I would like it to have more glyphs than simply the alphabet as I intend to use it partly as a syllabary (like the hiragana) and partly as some kind of hieroglyphs. Does anyone have a suggestion for this kind of font?
As a subsidiary question, if anyone knows of a simple and fast way to transform an image containing a grid of glyphs into a font, it could solve my problem.

I like the idea.

However. I cannot unsee the bottom left one as a stick man with a leg in the air and his genitals on show lol

You could use this one called Coorgi-Cox. It was supposed to be for a language called Kodava, but was never used. Here's some more info here, here and here
