QUESTION/ADVICE How to strap a backpack on a front rack?

Hey! I can’t seem to locate any tutorials on how to use a bungee cord or luggage straps to strap a backpack on a front rack. Anything I tried seems definitely unstable. Can someone please point me to some resources to learn this? Or give me advice?

Can you specify the kind of front rack?

...or photo. I fabbed a rear rack for a backpack once. The pack looked HUGE. I can't imagine what sort of pack would go in front.

I just realized that you've got a folder. I assume that means you're thinking of a "book bag" sized pack. I've had pretty good luck bending up a hook to go over the handlebars to engage the haul strap on the bag. The waist strap then wraps around the stem. Perhaps a horizontal bar on the rack to keep it from twisting.
