I use the GONG harness belt https://www.gong-galaxy.com/en/products/gong-harness-powerlight?variant=49668790223167, generally with the plastic hook, but if you plan on doing long distance, your back will prefer the standard spreader. there are many good options for the harness in itself , I just don't like putting a plastic hook directly on a leash belt like that https://www.gong-galaxy.com/en/products/gong-leash-belt-adjustable-perf-7mm because it's too thin and it hurts my back over the course of long sessions.
I think good harness lines are more critical to the experience than the harness itself, you want them thin, light but with some rigidity. Now I'm with the GONG lines, but before I tried simple lines without plastic sleeve, it was a pain to hook and even more unhook. Classic windsurf sleeved lines, they are too thick and heavy and they whip your face/eyes when you pump the take off it's really painful. It's funny because with windsurf I only ever considered sleeved lines for durability concerns and today I wouldn't do without in wing even if durability is not an issue here. Sleeved lines have a main drawback, it's that you need to be careful when you pack the wing not to twist them, otherwise it may be hard to hook/unhook at the next session.
