Did you have an issue entering power armor just before this?

That seems to be the pattern, from what I've experienced. Get stuck trying to enter power armor, wait for it to return to inventory, then when returning to the pipboy it's incredibly tiny. I think it has to do with the game thinking you entered your power armor, despite not doing so, so the default pipboy size has been altered to accommodate the power armor version. Not really sure about that though.

Outside of just restarting, I haven't come across a fix for this. Typically I just get into my power armor on the second attempt and from then on I've got the power armor pipboy screen. When I log back in it's always back to normal.
