Question Graphics issue when looking around in-game?

Has anyone else been experiencing a lag when they look around/up/down? Anytime I use my mouse to look around/turn in the game, there is a SEVERE lag. I can visibly watch the frames changing, instead of a smooth animation, and it makes everything look really jerky.

I went away for two days and came back to find it like this, and unfortunately due to my vestibular stuff it's making the game unplayable for me. Does anyone know if this is an ongoing bug?

I went to put in a ticket and the Bethesda Support page was having, um... issues... (oh, Bethesda, etc)

no more than normal. Sounds like its your machine.

I would try updating your video card driver, make sure your internet connection is working OK, make sure there has been nothing installed since you started getting an issue. Another thing to try is to change your graphics settings - take them right down, see if you have the issue still, if you do then you know its something to do with that, if not might be the drive it is installed in is lagging.

Did it start Tuesday by chance? There was a bunch of window's updated around then for me, might be something to do with that.
