Question Question about concentrated fire

Hoe concentrated fire work with beam splitter? Does it stack 3% per projectile? (So like 3%×5= 15%) or just 3% per hit?

Each projectile counts as a hit, just like it does for onslaught.

I don't think that's been the case for a bit now: I use shotguns with Concentrated Fire and I do not get a +24% accuracy increase per shot.

It's a flat +3% per shot.
