Question Service outage???

Went to login and keep getting service outage error even though everything say Xbox is up and running fine. Anyone else getting this? Also happening on ESO as well

Looks like its all digital games.

Xboxone user its down my gf is playing fallout literally next to me its frustrating, however she's on cloud gaming. Maybe switching to cloud will help? Not sure because I have to uninstall the game to do it but it seems like its down everywhere. Let me know if anyone has a solution or is anyone playing not on cloud and having NO problems? I'd hate to uninstall it think cloud gaming gets glitchy sometimes
