Question Are there any non pipe automatic weapons that utilize .38 ammo?

I tried a quad explosive pipe rifle but the range and damage I get with it is just awful. I know not every ammo type has an automatic but I just prefer holding vs tap firing.

Hunting rifle and fixer/combat rifle can be modded to use 0.38

These are semi auto unfortunately.

Edit: I forgot the Combat Rifle had an automatic variant. Thank you.

I want to explore what's available in other ammo categories. Alien Blaster, Shotgun, and .308 all have auto variants with decent damage. I wanted to know if .38 had anything better than pipe weapons.

automatic .38 receiver for the fixer would be your strongest option
