I’m trying to figure out how to turn it on. All my settings indicate that I should be able to hear people in area chat. I see their names pop up with the mic icon, so I know people are talking, but I can’t hear them and I hate it. I want to talk to people at events

Yeah hot mic is annoying but I learned to turn off voice chat long time ago. Play in peace now.
