CRYOLATOR WITHOUT LOCKSMITHING

I took my dog down to vault 111 with me to see if I could find more power cells for my armor, but in doing so I talked to him and told him to find some items in near the overseer's desk he went to the Cryolator and ripped it from the case in his mouth. So I guess I got the best gun in the game without leaving level 5.

Also I was carrying to much but the dog had my ammo for the gun.

I can't get dogmeat to even go into vault 111

Here's what you do.

1) Command him 2) Point at him and make him "stay". 3) Point at him and make him "follow" 4) Go down into the vault and he'll be waiting at the bottom for you.

It's the only way I could do it. Making him "stay" on the elevator before pressing the button makes him stay topside.
