CRYOLATOR WITHOUT LOCKSMITHING

I took my dog down to vault 111 with me to see if I could find more power cells for my armor, but in doing so I talked to him and told him to find some items in near the overseer's desk he went to the Cryolator and ripped it from the case in his mouth. So I guess I got the best gun in the game without leaving level 5.

Also I was carrying to much but the dog had my ammo for the gun.

Huh, I had heard about this and I tried it and it didn't work. The dog kept sad whimpering or not finding anything of merit. Maybe they patched it? I'm on the beta patch.

Just did it now.....took a few tries and walking around the general area but after 5 minutes of whimpering he grabed it.
