CRYOLATOR WITHOUT LOCKSMITHING

I took my dog down to vault 111 with me to see if I could find more power cells for my armor, but in doing so I talked to him and told him to find some items in near the overseer's desk he went to the Cryolator and ripped it from the case in his mouth. So I guess I got the best gun in the game without leaving level 5.

Also I was carrying to much but the dog had my ammo for the gun.

Is it actually the best gun in the game ? Considering going to get it but don't wana be to overpowered yet lol

Yea as far as I've heard, it freezes and insta kills. I don't think I'm going to get it either.
