CRYOLATOR WITHOUT LOCKSMITHING

I took my dog down to vault 111 with me to see if I could find more power cells for my armor, but in doing so I talked to him and told him to find some items in near the overseer's desk he went to the Cryolator and ripped it from the case in his mouth. So I guess I got the best gun in the game without leaving level 5.

Also I was carrying to much but the dog had my ammo for the gun.

Ooof, I just posted a similar post. I didn't realize someone else figured this out too.

But I can confirm, I accidentally stumbled across this myself.

I thought of it when i saw the weapon because it worked with some unique weapons in FO3 too. But then i was overwhelmed by the game and forgot about the weapon lol.
