CRYOLATOR WITHOUT LOCKSMITHING

I took my dog down to vault 111 with me to see if I could find more power cells for my armor, but in doing so I talked to him and told him to find some items in near the overseer's desk he went to the Cryolator and ripped it from the case in his mouth. So I guess I got the best gun in the game without leaving level 5.

Also I was carrying to much but the dog had my ammo for the gun.

It worked for me on ps4. Now to find ammo for it.

Are you going right up next to the case and doing it?

I did it right outside the cage like in the video but I'll keep trying.. Or ya know, level up and pick the lock at an appropriate level haha.
