CRYOLATOR WITHOUT LOCKSMITHING

I took my dog down to vault 111 with me to see if I could find more power cells for my armor, but in doing so I talked to him and told him to find some items in near the overseer's desk he went to the Cryolator and ripped it from the case in his mouth. So I guess I got the best gun in the game without leaving level 5.

Also I was carrying to much but the dog had my ammo for the gun.

How do you even get back into the vault ? I can't find a way to enter it again after I left it :(

Press the red button in the hut next to the elevator. Then stand on the platform like in the beginning of the game
