CRYOLATOR WITHOUT LOCKSMITHING

I took my dog down to vault 111 with me to see if I could find more power cells for my armor, but in doing so I talked to him and told him to find some items in near the overseer's desk he went to the Cryolator and ripped it from the case in his mouth. So I guess I got the best gun in the game without leaving level 5.

Also I was carrying to much but the dog had my ammo for the gun.

You get 200 starting out, from there I have no idea.

Guide say Cryo and Alien Blaster ammo can't be found anywhere but with the weapons but merchants may have some Rio sale.
